Your role
Financial crime is manual and reactive, split across AML and fraud teams working from different playbooks. We're building the agentic, intelligence-led alternative to both.
Salv is a financial crime platform provider used by 110+ institutions across 16+ jurisdictions in Europe. We're now hiring our Head of Product: a leadership-team seat, reporting directly to our CEO, owning the full product portfolio: Screening & Monitoring, Risk Assessment, Bridge (our cross-institution intelligence-sharing network), and the emerging agentic layer, across both AML and fraud.

Your main responsibilities
- Portfolio prioritisation across AML and fraud product lines
- Turning "we should build this" into hypothesis, experiment, owner, kill criteria, and a date
- Building and leading the product function (today: one PM, one engineering team)
- Installing a ship → measure → decide → kill-or-double-down discipline company-wide
- The call on our agentic AI thesis: commit, kill, or stage it
- Representing our value proposition externally: with customers, in RFPs, on stage
Location
Tallinn ideal; EU-remote workable with quarterly travel to Tallinn. Being Estonia-based, or willing to relocate to Tallinn.
Salary
Compensation is calibrated to seniority and track record — competitive base plus meaningful equity, discussed openly in the first conversation.
Your profile
- 8+ years in product, 3+ in leadership (Head of Product / VP / Director / strong Group or Principal PM ready to step up)
- Built B2B SaaS in a regulated industry — fintech, AML, fraud prevention, KYC/compliance, insurance, or healthcare
- Have run multi-product portfolios and made trade-off calls with evidence, not opinion
- Come from a company that scaled through the <30 → 100+ headcount range, ideally early in that curve
- Fluent English
Nice-to-haves: AML/fraud/regtech/fraud background, shipped LLM-native or agentic features in production, EU regulatory fluency (PSR, AMLR, DORA, GDPR). Tallinn preferred; EU-remote workable with quarterly Tallinn travel. Compensation: competitive base + meaningful equity, discussed openly from the first conversation with our CEO.

What skills will make you successful
- Hypothesis-driven by reflex — you can name features you killed after launch and explain why; you've installed experimentation discipline somewhere, not just lived inside it.
- Customer-development instinct — your default question is "what customer have we validated this with?", not "what did the workshop conclude?"
- You have a strong opinion on agentic AI in regulated B2B — where it works, where it fails — and you use these tools personally.

It starts with a first conversation with the CEO, where compensation is discussed openly — followed by deeper conversations about the product portfolio and your track record installing experimentation discipline and operating multi-product portfolios.
