Your role

The CS Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding, providing high-level technical support, and driving long-term product value. This role acts as a technical bridge between the client and the product, utilizing deep product expertise and technical proficiency in SQL and JMESPathto deliver tailored solutions.

The core objective is to empower clients by assisting in the configuration of complex monitoring scenarios, risk rules, and clearance rules. By combining technical execution with effective cross-functional collaboration, this role ensures that clients achieve their business goals and maximize the utility of the company’s product offerings.

Your main responsibilities

Client onboarding and ongoing support:

  • Assist clients and internal teams with data mapping questions and data validation tasks to ensure accurate and efficient data integration

  • Help clients write and optimize monitoring scenarios, risk rules, and clearance rules to maximize the effectiveness of our product

  • Attend client meetings to provide technical expertise and support, ensuring clients' needs are addressed promptly and professionally

  • Assist in troubleshooting various problems raised by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution

  • Assist with creating documentation and conducting training sessions to educate clients on how to write and optimize scenarios and rules effectively

  • Assist with impact analysis for incidents to understand their effects and support the team in addressing and resolving these issues efficiently


Team-related tasks:  

  • Assist in analyzing the Customer Success team's workload to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Assist in enhancing internal processes, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness within the team

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability in scenario and rule validations


Product expertise: 

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, their features, and their applications to provide accurate and insightful support to clients

  • Assist in enhancing and updating the scenario and rule libraries to ensure they remain comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with clients’ needs


 Sales assistance: 

  • Occasionally attend sales calls to provide technical expertise and support, helping demonstrate the value and capabilities of our product to potential clients

  • Assist with running tests during the sales cycle to showcase the capabilities and value of our product solutions to potential clients

Location

You must be an Estonian tax resident. For this role, we don’t offer relocation assistance and/or visa sponsorship.

Salary

Monthly gross salary ranging from €3400 to €3600

What skills will make you successful

  • Proficiency in SQL, JMESPath, and Excel

  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems effectively

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)

  • Experience or some understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) and/or fraud prevention

  • Background in analytics or customer success roles
