Your role
Salv is investing heavily in marketing, in pursuit of our goal to become the category leader for FinCrime solutions in the financial services industry. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
You will play a critical role in driving Salv's growth through strategic campaign planning and execution on a global scale. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, nurture leads, and manage a diverse portfolio of events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Salv's marketing efforts and contribute to our mission of combating financial crime.
Your profile
Joining us as a Campaign Manager, we're looking for someone with a proven track record in driving demand and managing successful marketing campaigns, particularly within the technology or financial services industry. While expertise in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot is desirable, what truly sets you apart is your strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies. While possessing all the listed characteristics would be advantageous, we value adaptability and a willingness to learn, so don't worry if you don't meet every criterion – we're committed to helping you grow and succeed in this role.
Key characteristics:
Proven Experience Campaign Management and demand generation: Demonstrated proficiency in generating demand, managing campaigns, and executing B2B marketing strategies, ideally within the technology or financial services sector.
Analytical Thinker: Possesses strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of interpreting data insights to formulate effective marketing strategies.
Effective Project Management: Exhibits excellent project management abilities, adept at overseeing multiple campaigns and initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal outcomes.
Proficiency in Marketing Technology: Skilled in utilising marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with a preference for experience in HubSpot.
Communicative and Influential: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams and influencing stakeholders at various organisational levels.
